6. ITEMS TO BRING: You will need to bring your own toiletries and bed linens - sheets, blanket, towel and pillow (sleeping bags are always a good option).
7. SHARED/SINGLE ROOMS: The shared room beds are twin sized and single bed rooms are doubles.
8. CABINS: All meals are included in your fee and provided by Chef Douglas and his amazing Crew. (We also recommend tipping them at the end of the retreat - please give what you can - the food is amazing).

10. OTHER: Bring your Big Book and a notepad - a lot of information will be provided.
